Yeah. Trading doesn't really need any english skills.

A: WTS XXX 20kkkkk!!!!!111!
B: Can you lower it to 19kkkkk, please?
A: BUY YES NO?!
B: I might want to buy it if you can lower the price, just a little bit.
A: NUB BUY YES NO NO?
B: No, thanks.
*20 minutes later*
A: NUB U BUY YES NO YES?

+ you don't have to communicate with your heroes.

Create 1 big server for each Eu/Am, and problem solved.

Much like traditional chinese, the districts will probably continue to exist, the servers they correspond to will just be moved to America.

German districts are quite populated. In events they will generally surpass europe english by a fair amount in terms of districts.

Taiwan had its own server? Would it be alot smarter to just put the Taiwan server into the Chinese server? they are in the same place after all, why waste an extra server?

because this game was never released in china, only in taiwan. china had a beta period (when they let you play the game for free to check the popularity), since it wasn't so popular, the beta was closed and all charactor data was deleted
